All orders are dispatched from Salem, Tamil Nadu, India.
Dispatch Timeline
• Standard Dispatch: Within 7 working days from the date of order confirmation.
• Express Dispatch: If selected at checkout, your order will be dispatched within 2 working days.
The above timelines refer only to dispatch time, not delivery time. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery Timeline
Delivery time depends on your state, city, and PIN/ZIP code. Since we ship from Salem, transit time will vary based on your location.
For international orders, the same dispatch timelines apply. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the country and postal code. Customs delays, if any, are beyond our control.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
All our products are customized to individual measurements. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Damaged Product Claims
In the rare case that you receive a damaged product, we may review the issue under the following conditions:
• A clear, uninterrupted product opening video is mandatory.
• The video must be recorded from the beginning (before opening the package) until the product is fully unpacked, without pauses or edits.
• The damage must be clearly visible in the video.
Claims without a proper opening video will not be considered.
If the claim is verified, we will assess and provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
